The Essential Health Systems Program:
A Three-Phase Journey
Our program is divided into three dynamic phases designed to maximize fat loss, reform habits, and set you up for lifelong wellness. Each phase has a distinct purpose, but together, they provide a roadmap to total transformation.
Phase 1:
Rapid Fat Loss & Metabolic Rejuvenation (6 weeks)
The first six weeks are all about igniting your body’s fat-burning engine. You’ll follow a scientifically-proven, easy-to-understand routine, focusing on:
● Clean eating & hydration
● Systemic detoxification
● Hormonal balance
● Daily accountability (weigh-ins & weekly phone calls)
Through Phase 1, you won’t have to count calories or step foot in a gym. Instead, we'll fuel our metabolism for success by consuming defined portions of lean proteins, low-glycemic fruits, and nutrient-dense vegetables based on your starting weight and lifestyle. Eating clean while properly hydrating and flushing out our system will force our metabolism to fire more efficiently, and we'll experience significant fat loss. In this first 6 weeks:
● Women: Expect to lose 20-30 lbs
● Men: Expect to lose 25-35 lbs
Communication is key: you’ll send me your weight each morning, and we’ll connect weekly for a 15-20 minute phone call to ensure you’re on track and feeling empowered.

Phase 2:
Establish New Set Point & Habit Reformation (2 weeks)
After burning a considerable amount of body fat, your body will do anything it can to store fat and claw its way back to where we started. But we aren’t going to let that happen!
Phase 2 is about establishing a new set point, so we’ll start re-introducing new foods into the mix, but will still largely avoid the inflammatory food groups. We’ll introduce a new, more malleable structure and develop new habits to reinforce our progress and further set us up for long-lasting success.
Here you will report your weight weekly, and we’ll continue holding weekly phone calls to ensure long-term success.

Phase 3:
Ongoing Wellness & Habit Mastery (4 weeks)
The final phase is all about creating a sustainable lifestyle where you’re still able to indulge yourself, and understanding the steps necessary to ensure you maintain control over the scale regardless of what life throws at you. Whether it’s letting loose at a special event or taking a vacation, in Phase 3 we’ll learn the tools to balance the stressors of the real world with our long-term wellness goals. Key components include:
⦁ Strategic reintroduction of cheat days
⦁ Flexibility to adjust around your unique lifestyle
⦁ Bi-weekly 20-minute calls to ensure habit mastery
